		<description>I&#039;m not sure that I was say that Germany as a whole seems to be able tempt talent away, as each of the names you pointed out all went to Hamburg. HSV have a reputation for identifying talent and taking it to the next level. 

I also feel that the Eredivisie is often like a feeder league for others in Europe, and I wish that weren&#039;t the case. Sadly, with the exception of Munich, the Bundesliga seems to be going that way too.</description>

First, they find Huntelaar (and Ajax snaps him away), then they find Alfonso Alves (and he runs off to the Premiership), now Miralem is ringing up the goals and attracting attention.  If you want to find striking talent, follow their scouts around.</description>
